The Right Hand was originally created in 2007 at iconic cocktail bar Milk & Honey. It was an unexpected twist on the beloved Negroni, employing aged rum in place of gin, and adding a dash of chocolate bitters. We’ve tweaked the formula to make it more spirit-forward , showcasing the richness of Santa Teresa 1796. We’ve also substituted cacao bitters for the traditional chocolate to further accent Santa Teresa 1796’s unexpectedly dry finish.
