The Hacienda was founded in 1796. Inspite of all kinds of adversities, five generations of the Vollmer family have been the head and heart of Hacienda Santa Teresa, refining and improving the techniques of rum making.

Our Maestros Roneros take exceptional care of every batch, carefully aging and blending rums through the complex solera method. We taste every stage and hand-finish every bottle with our wax-dipped top. A blend aged up to 35 years that results in a beautifully dry, smooth and balanced sipping spirit.
