Ingredients:

  • 45 ml Santa Teresa 1796​
  • 5 ml Plum Brandy​
  • 10 ml Ginger Juice​
  • 20 ml Fresh Lemon Juice​
  • 20 ml Runny Honey​
  • Top with Ginger Ale​

Preparation:

  • 1. Combine all ingredients except ginger ale in a shaker
  • 2. Shake
  • 3. Strain into highball
  • 4. Top with ginger ale​
