Ingredients:
- 45 ml Santa Teresa 1796
- 5 ml Plum Brandy
- 10 ml Ginger Juice
- 20 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 20 ml Runny Honey
- Top with Ginger Ale
Preparation:
- 1. Combine all ingredients except ginger ale in a shaker
- 2. Shake
- 3. Strain into highball
- 4. Top with ginger ale
