Everybody loves coffee. And, these days, everybody loves coffee cocktails. But not everybody knows that Venezuela grows some of the best coffee in the world, right alongside the sugarcane. To highlight that, we have created a coffee using cold drip coffee, which is sweeter and more complex than traditional espresso. The resulting cocktail has the richness of an espresso martini but with the subtlety of a Manhattan. Salud. COLD BREW COFFEE IS A NATURAL PARTNER FOR SANTA TERESA 1796. SUBTLY SWEET, THIS IS A DISTINCTLY SOPHISTICATED AFTER-DINNER DRINK.

Ingredients:

  • 40 ml Santa Teresa 1796​
  • 40 ml Cold Brew Coffee​
  • 10 ml Coffee liqueur​
  • 10 ml Agave Nectar​
  • 2 dashes Cacao Bitters​

Preparation:

  • 1. ​Combine all ingredients in mixing glass
  • 2. Stir
  • 3. Strain into chilled cocktail glass​
