Ingredients:
- 1 ½ parts SANTA TERESA 1796 Rum
- ½ part MARTINI® RISERVA Bitter
- 1 ½ parts fresh pineapple juice
- ¼ part Fresh lime juice
- ¼ part Simple Syrup
Preparation:
- Pour all ingredients into a shaker
- Shake vigorously
- Fine strain and pour over fresh ice in a collins glass
- Garnish with an orange wheel
